Sur un damier aux teintes aubergines et vert turquoise, un imposant ours occupe le premier plan, regardant avec une lueur de défi au-dessus de l’épaule d’un dompteur. Malgré sa présence, l’ours semble revendiquer sa liberté, son regard insistant révélant un désir non apprivoisé. En arrière-plan, un aquarium abrite deux poissons. Intégré dans la scène, l’ours, dans un geste à peine perceptible, semble se tendre vers eux, révélant ainsi l’éternelle lutte entre prédateur et proie.
