Return and Refund Policy

The works offered for sale on the site galeriefahidtaghavi.ch are, unless otherwise stated, unique or limited edition pieces. In accordance with art market practice and Article 197 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, these works are not neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Exception – Damaged Delivery

If you receive a work that is damaged or does not conform to its description, you have a period of 48 hours after delivery to notify us in writing. Please send us a description of the problem along with clear photographs of the packaging and the work.

Please contact us by Email before any return. No returns will be accepted without prior written consent.

After studying the situation, if the damage is confirmed, we can offer, depending on the case:

  • a replacement (if the work is part of a series),
  • a repair (if applicable),
  • or a full or partial refund.
Refund deadlines

If a refund is granted, it will be issued via the original payment method within 30 working days after validation of the request and, if applicable, receipt of the returned work. This period takes into account the necessary steps with transport insurance.

Return fees

In the event of an exceptionally accepted return, the return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the event of a manifest error on our part or proven damage upon delivery. The work must be returned in its original package or equivalent, with tracking number and insurance.
