These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the sales of works of art offered by Galerie Fahid Taghavi on its website galeriefahidtaghavi.chAny order placed via this site implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions by the customer.
We strive to keep our website up to date. However, some works may be simultaneously offered for sale at physical exhibitions or through other channels. If a commissioned work is found to have already been sold, we will immediately notify the buyer and issue a full refund as soon as possible.
Prices displayed are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT where applicable. Delivery and insurance charges are specified at the time of ordering or communicated by email.
Payment must be made in full before any shipment. No shipment will be made until funds have been received and confirmed by our bank. We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method offered on the website.
Once payment is received, the artwork will be prepared for shipment within 7 business days. The customer will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the artwork has been handed over to the carrier.
Deliveries are handled by specialist services including insurance covering damage or loss during transport.

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are those of the canton of Geneva, subject to appeal to the Federal Court.
